This system, operated by BookingTicket.vn—an agency specializing in Vietnam Airlines ticket booking—has demonstrated stable performance since its inception in 2012. Recently, the platform has been expanded to support operations with three domestic airlines: Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet, and Jetstar, as well as international carriers.

It serves as a comprehensive application providing users with a wide array of functionalities related to airline ticketing, ranging from flight information retrieval, reservation hold management, to ticket issuance. In pursuit of delivering more diverse and reliable features in the future, the development team aims to incorporate advanced tools that facilitate easier search and automated reservation of affordable flights.

Current functionalities include:

• Flight information retrieval for Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet, Jetstar, and international airlines
• Reservation holding
• Ticket issuance and online payment
• Support for agency level authorization and sub-agency access management
